What should I do if the item I received is damaged or not in perfect condition?

If your item does not arrive in the conditions stated in the auction description, please email us at support@hotmush.com with photos of the item AND photos of the box it arrived in. After confirmation of the damage we will email information to ship the item to us. After receiving and inspecting the item a full refund will be issued.

Sometimes, bumpy transits can cause minor imperfections to your tiem. Please contact us if this issue arises.
