Almost anything that is unique and interesting (to us). Hence our website is titled HotMush.

Bidding Policy

To bid on an item you are required to create an account with your information. We don’t require a credit card or any fees to create an account and bid on items.

You are only required to pay a fee if you win an auction by bid or by using “buy it now”

Bidding Contract

A bid is a binding contract that’s active until an auction listing ends or you’re outbid. You can only retract a bid if you accidentally bid a significant wrong amount, Retracting a bid for any other reason is considered an invalid bid retraction.

Payment

When an item is won by auction or “Buy It Now” an invoice is sent to the email address that is associated with your account. You are required to pay that invoice withing (72) hours of the invoice being sent. On that invoice is a pay button that allows you to pay for your item(s) with PayPal, Visa or Mastercard.

Unpaid Items

When a buyer bids on an item or selects Buy It Now, they’re committing to paying for the item. If they don’t pay within 3 days after the invoice is sent by email we may record an unpaid item on the buyer’s account.

Two (2) unpaid items result in a suspension of bidding privileges.

Snipping is the act of bidding on items in the last seconds of an auction to win the auction. Our platform has ANTI-SNIPPING technology that eliminates this from occurring. If an item is bid on in the last seconds of an auction an additional number of minutes is added to the auction automatically.
